Hi, I’m Coach Dean (aka, Marv Dean)… thanks for taking time to check out my site.
I wanted to setup this “nuts and bolts” site to be a spot that frustrated network marketers who are serious about succeeding online can find relevant and up-to-date information about the MLM (network marketing) industry.
I’m seriously passionate about the home business industry, and appreciate what the industry stands for as a viable business platform that enables “average” people possessing ambition, initiative and a strong work ethic…. a bonafide opportunity to fulfill their dreams.
I enjoy helping others, and am just a normal guy with a young family who happens to also run a successful home based business.
I graduated from a top notch university in Colorado, and majored in Real Estate and Construction Management. I worked over 10 years as a Civil Engineer in the land development field.
After several years of slaving away for others and spending all of my time enabling them to get rich from my work efforts… I got seriously bitten by the “entrepreneurial bug” after reading a popular book called Rich Dad Poor Dad written by Robert Kiyosaki….which inspired me to re-assess my life course.
Shortly thereafter, my wife and I celebrated the birth of our first child. I remember holding my son and looking into his eyes minutes after he came into this world, and making a pledge at that moment that “daddy” would step up his game and do what it takes to ensure that his future would be bright and full of promise.
About four years later I was able to escape the rat race and life as an employee, and made a successful transition into the business world as an owner.
Little did I know what a journey it would be (and still is) to be a home-based business owner. To me, owning a business where I get to do what I want, when I want, and how I want… is the only way to go.
Even though I’ve had quite a few high paying jobs over the years, none of them ever added up to the fulfillment I’ve enjoyed while being my own boss.
Among my most successful business endeavors – includes my existing MLM business and previous time serving as President and co-founder of I3 (2001-2006), a product marketing and distribution company credited with bringing to market “my” patented (Patent No. US 7,175,140B2) line of specialized antenna mounts. Yes… I’m a patent-holder too 
After selling my stake in the company to my business partner, I made a successful transition into other commerce areas that were of more particular interest to me, specifically – Internet network marketing, affiliate marketing, and CPA marketing.
Did you catch that?
The one topic that all of the above-mentioned business fields have in common is…….”MARKETING”!
As you accept this fact, and appropriately educate yourself on the subject, everything else that you engage in should naturally fall into place in due time.
